To collect your card you will need to bring your Deakin University identification card. The key will only be issued to the authorised person on the Request for Key/Access card form. Deakin University identification cards are issued at Deakin Central and can be found at:

DepositIf you are a student, casual, honorary, visitor or sessional staff member, you will need to pay a $30.00 deposit at the cashier’s office prior to the collection of your keys or card. Please bring the receipt with you. A deposit is only required once and will be refunded on the return of all keys/cards to Facilities Management Services Division. This deposit is to be paid at the Cashier's Office.
Keys and access cards will be available for collection within 5 working days. You will receive notification via email (if provided on the form) when the key is ready to be picked up.
Keys should be returned to your supervisor/manager who will return them to the Front Desk Administrator, Facilities Management at the relevant campus.
