Book a Meeting Room

Meeting Rooms are available to staff who wish to book a meeting space for a university activity. From the following link you will also be able to check availability prior to completing the booking process.

A schedule of all university meeting rooms can be accessed below. The rooms that cannot be booked online are to be booked directly through the relevant Faculty or Division as per the schedule.

DUSA Bookings

DUSA room bookings form (DOC file - 66kb) - For bookings related to DUSA funded student activities and duly authorised by a nominated DUSA representative.

Other Bookings Forms

Room Bookings form (DOC file - 75kb) - Room bookings are for use by staff who wish to book a space for a DEST (Department of Education, Science and Training) funded university activity, or, for a student activity that is course related and processed by the relevant school or faculty.
